NJVC was established as a joint venture between two Alaskan Native Corporations, Chenega Technology Services Corporate (CTSC) and Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Communications, Ltd. In October 2008, NJVC was approved as a vendor on the U.S. Government Printing Office schedule.

NJVC provides a variety of printing and media duplication services, including books, pamphlets, maps and charts, posters and eco-friendly �green� printing projects
